Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add the garlic and spinach, cooking for 2 minutes until the spinach shrinks down.
  3. Stir in the milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, letting it warm up into a light sauce.
  4. Make four small empty spots in the spinach mixture with a spoon. Crack an egg into each space.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 minutes until the egg whites are firm and the yolks stay soft.
